Subscription Terms

These terms apply to all paid ClaraMind subscription plans.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) to the payment method on file, until cancelled.

Trials

Where a free or partner trial is offered, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

Plan Changes

Upgrading or downgrading your plan may result in prorated charges or credits, handled automatically by our billing provider.

Price Changes

We will notify you in advance of any changes to subscription pricing that affect your plan.
